I’m evidently getting better at doing title pages at the start of projects and not leaving them until the end! Except on my Week in the Life album as my title page is the only thing not done! For this years title page I went with the same general idea as last year’s; a title card with the year, a photo of us and some filler cards, with a nod to my One Little Word for 2017, which is patience.
I was on the fence about One Little Word this year. I’ve failed to complete the class the last two years. So I wasn’t sure if signing up for another year was a good idea or not. In the end I did - the digitals included in the class swung it for me. I’m still thinking about how I’ll approach it this year and I’m currently leaning towards a 7x5 album like Andrea from Createsharelove uses. Once I’ve settled on a format for the album I’ll probably share more here on the blog.
So anyway back to the title page. The title card is a digital card from Push Print Studio and I added the label and number stickers once printed.
The first of the middle cards I created using a digital card from my stash and then added a quote about patience. I copied and pasted the text into Photoshop and played around with the typeface and size until I was happy with it. The other card is another card from Push Print Studio.
And then a slightly grainy photo of us taken by my sister-in-law but I love that it’s us out in the wilds of Norfolk so I went with it!
